Communications Manager

Vitals Global Healthcare is looking to recruit a motivated and talented individual to form part of its Communications & Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, the ideal candidate must have a strong marketing background and be able to work under minimal supervision to manage integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Executing the VGH marketing, media and brand strategies
  • Managing relations with media and advertising agencies
  • Content writing and proof reading of marketing and communications material
  • Developing, facilitating and enabling creative marketing, communication, and PR
  • Sourcing and placing adverts in the local press
  • Media Monitoring
  • Assisting in the organisation of company events
  • Managing the company’s communication channels including social media, the company website, and other company publications
  • Other tasks may be assigned according to company needs

 

The successful candidate shall:

  • Preferably hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or the equivalent
  • Have two years’ relevant work experience
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Be assertive and outgoing;
  • Be conversant both with digital marketing and traditional marketing
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Possess strong writing skills including copy writing
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Be a strong team player, able to work on personal initiative
