Head Project Management & Transformation [closed]

The Head Project Management & Transformation is a key position that ensures that timely and high-quality execution of company initiatives through seamless execution of projects. The role also provides specialist Project Management and Transformation advice when new initiatives and changes are being considered/planned by the Functions/Hospitals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder will own the planning, coordination and execution of all the projects and transformation agenda;
  • S/he will be leading/coordinating the strategic and business planning processes, in conjunction with all stakeholders and the Senior Management team;
  • Any projects of a technical nature will also fall in the remits of the role;
  • S/he will ensure that all projects including those related to Transformation are executed in a timely manner and all projects and interdependencies are coordinated effectively;
  • The Head Project Management & Transformation will develop and implement a professional project management system and structure including in the Hospitals;
  • S/he will ensure clarity across the whole organisation through a proper reporting structure;
  • The jobholder will ensure a strong risk management process and Internal Audit process is embedded in Projects;
  • The jobholder will be part of the Senior Management Team.


Skills, Experience & Education:

  • The jobholder will ideally be an MBA graduate with interest in Project Management/Lean Methodologies;
  • S/he must have advanced IT skills;
  • S/he must have at least 3 years leading a projects team preferably with business transformation experience &/or continuous improvement processes;
  • S/he must be a team player and with strong leadership skills;
  • S/he must possess highly developed organizational skills to ensure projects and tasks are followed up and delivered to completion;
  • Must possess good communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience of project management and transformation within Healthcare, especially in hospital setting.
