HR Officer [closed]

Vitals Global Healthcare is recruiting an HR Officer on full-time basis to form part of its Human Resources Team. The selected candidate will be providing support in the delivery of various HR activities including payroll, administration, employee records, recruitment and performance management.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll including computing and inputting entries and reconciliation;
  • Generating and submitting returns and payments to relevant authorities;
  • Maintaining the time and attendance process;
  • Creating and maintaining employee records including Jobsplus forms and work permits;
  • Participating in recruitment exercises;
  • Compiling data and HR statistics;
  • Participating in and supporting the Performance Management process;
  • Guiding and assisting employees and managers on HR related issues and queries;
  • Maintaining and updating HR processes and manuals;
  • Carrying out other duties as required.

 

The successful candidate must:

  • Have experience in payroll and the onboarding of both local and foreign employees;
  • Have experience in HR administration;
  • Be a strong team player and able to work on own initiative;
  • Be flexible with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude even when under pressure;
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point;

 

Preferably possess an HR qualification or is studying towards attaining one.
