Training and Resourcing Manager (Integrated Care) [closed]

The Training and Resourcing Manager (Integrated Care) will report to the Director Integrated Care Pathways and will be primarily responsible for creating and implementing training programmes, and overseeing the development of integrated care employees.  The training programmes will create long term career plans for the workers working within the integrated care system.  The Training and Resourcing Manager (Integrated Care) will also be responsible to ensure the provision of a seamless recruitment service for the integrated care system through liaison with the Director of Human Resources, and develop resourcing processes to attract and retain exceptional resources within the integrated care system.

 

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Director Integrated Care Pathways in implementing the strategy of the Integrated Care System;
  • Assist the Director Integrated Care Pathways in ensuring that clients are being provided with an efficient and timely access to the services of the integrated care system;
  • Conduct periodic surveys to measure employees’ satisfaction and clients’ satisfaction;
  • Works in a team to ensure that objectives are met.

 

The selected candidate should:

  • Possess a Diploma qualification in Management or Human Resources issued by the University of Malta or any recognized institution, certified by MQRIC at level 5 or higher in the subject;
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager;
  • Have 3 years’ experience in setting up training programmes in the healthcare field;
  • Have experience of working with and managing a multidisciplinary team to achieve its goals;
  • Be familiar with performance management;
  • Be assertive with excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Possess leadership qualities;
  • Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Be flexible with a positive and can-do attitude.
